China Steel Corporation 50th Anniversary Shareholders' Souvenir-Formosan Black Bear Holder

Mom-and-pop investors' favorite souvenir of China Steel Corporation shareholders(CSC) is released! This year, CSC will present the "Formosan Black Bear Holder". Designed as a cute black, the Formosan Black Bear Holder is made of CSC silicon alloy tool steel and chrome vanadium steel. As a tool, it is practical and convenient; as an ornament, it is lovely and eye-catching.
According to the statistics of the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation, over the past ten years, CSC ranked first in the inventory rankings of all Taiwanese investors. From the number of shareholders, those who hold more than 1,000 shares of CSC increased from 720,000 in 2011 to 730,000 in 2020. Namely, one out of ten shareholders holds CSC stocks. The souvenirs of the annual shareholders’ meeting have also attracted the attention of investors.
According to CSC, the body of the screwdriver tool can be divided into three sections. The head grip is equipped with a ratchet screwdriver seat. There are six screwdriver heads of different specifications at the bottom of the body for replacement, which are certified by Germany’s TÜV Rheinland, France’s Bureau Veritas, BV, and comply with the US’s California Proposition 65.
The design concept combines cute animal shapes and daily-use screwdrivers, which can be easily used for home repairs, and can be placed at home as decorations when not in use. Its creative design is not only practical and convenient, but also enriches our life. In addition, CSC adheres to the idea of encouraging domestic high-quality manufacturers and fulfilling social responsibilities. The souvenir-related manufacturing process and materials are all made in Taiwan, hoping to support the development of the domestic industrial supply chain.

The souvenir exchange period for the entrusted agent of the 110th general shareholders meeting is from May 26 to June 2 (except holidays), and it is only for shareholders holding 1,000 shares or more. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to KGI Securities, SinoPac Securities was also added as a trustee to serve shareholders to exchange the souvenirs. The location for collection is detailed in the meeting notice. Shareholders are also asked to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
